Alpha vs Numerical listings.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Re:your newer Channel Lineup guide. The change (SD &amp; HD) is progressive, however, the channels are still listed numerically. That entails looking thru the lineup guide entries for a channel annoying. Verizon's guide does them alphabetically. I cannot determine who makes the decisions that challenges your customers to create a search to find a sought channel.<br /> <br /> The decision and logic to effect a change is not a challenge - just plain logic!
