Original Comment Surely This Corporate Sees The Reviews And How Incompetent Hotwire Customer Service And The Glitches On Line..if There Ever Was A Company Who In Your Face Will Be Incompetent And Then The Supervisor Going Along With It, And Then Try To Put Thier Errors On The Other Companies It's Hotwire... They Denied Me And Then After Denying Me And I Was Alright With It That Same Day After Getting Off Line They Went Into My Account And Took The Money They Denied Me For Out Of My Card...i Did Not Know Til The Next Day When I Went To Buy A Ticket To California Since I Could Not Get A Rental..you Would Think This Company Would Hide Under A Rock Because I Call That Stealing, Taking My Money Without Me Knowing, What Else Could I Call It????
