Express Scripts called to ask if I was ready for my order of Enbrel (refrigerated RA medicine). I told them "no, my doctor had reduced the frequency of the dosage and we were actually between houses and on vacation for a few weeks. They shipped it to my old address and it sat out in the hot sun. They argued that they wouldn't have shipped it if I hadn't ordered it, then a supervisor looked it up, and agreed that shipping was supposed to be arranged with me, and had not. He said he would send a return shipping label to my old landlord and credit the acct. They sent it to me. Every time I would contact them and tell them they sent it to me yet sent the medication to my old address and would provide my landlord's address (THREE TIMES). Each time, they assured me it was going to HIM at that address and it came to me. Then after a month, he threw it away. I asked express scripts to take the charge off my account, and they said "because you disposed of the medication, we cannot give you credit." So, they want to charge me for medication I didn't need or order. Spoke to a supervisor a few more times and finally thought it was resolved. He said "I'll just do a "re-order" of the same medication, that way you won't be charged again. It's really difficult to take a charge off an account." I said "Fine, I actually need some now and I want this to be resolved." They sent the mediation to me, and charged me AGAIN! Then I got a nasty note in the mail saying I was over 60 days past due. I have tried a couple more times to contact a "supervisor" and they have hung up on me as soon as I start to explain the story (and no, I'm not yelling at them). The last one was named Andre, and he hung up as I started to tell him all the other supervisors had told me they had resolved an issue, but it hadn't been resolved yet. Oh, and customer service on the phone, says the online customer service really can't resolve what they say they are resolving. I ask "Why, then, do they tell me they have taken care of the issue and lead me to believe they can?" UGHHH!!
