Original Comment The worst company to do business with!!!! Its like there is no one with common sense! I requested to send title by fed. express overnight. Every time, when I was calling, they couldn't figure out how the package was sent out, one said by federal express, another one by regular mail. The customer relations rep had no clue what I was talking about! They couldn't send out the title in proper way. They made the mess. Never seen a lending instiitution operate like this. Absolutely ridiculous!
