I don't know how this company stays in business when you can't get a human being on the phone, much less one that speaks English, to take your payment. I was on the phone with them over 2 hours this morning trying to make a truck payment and when I finally did get someone to talk to I couldn't understand them and they couldn't understand me. I finally got so frustrated I asked whoever I speaking to for the corporate number and she had the nerve to ask me why I needed it. When I told her it was none of her business she hung up on me. I had already called them at least 10 times and had to go through 20 prompts to get to a human being only to be hung up on. I can assure you that when I have any kind of business dealings in the future if Ally Financial is going to be any part of it the deal is off.
