Original Comment I have been having a &quot;conversation&quot; with &quot;Brenda&quot; regarding my concerns about my pending rental at the Denver Airport this coming Wednesday. <br /> <br /> I find her responses less than helpful, short, and bordering on rude. I am a loyal renter of Alamo's and have had issue with your website in the past. Your rates are high - - there are better rates out there, even at this time of year. I was interested in prepaying my rental for the 10% discount, but could not find the link. Brenda's response some weeks back was that if I did not choose the option at the time of the reservation, then I was out of luck. Of course, if that were the case, I simply would cancel the reservation and redo it, but I did not see the option. <br /> <br /> I responded to Brenda stating that I looked for the link but did not see it. Her response was that if I did not see it, it was not offered at that location or time. <br /> <br /> That, of course, is possible, but I want to know if the Denver airport location offers this at any time. If not, I will shop elsewhere. If so, then I want to know why weeks out I could not get this discount, but corresponding with &quot;Brenda&quot; is exhausting and, frankly, I do not have to put up with it. Can you give me a reasonable, to the point answer?
