Original Comment I tried to place an order with Barnes and Noble on line and received a message stating I need to contact someone about the order. When I called I reach the Philippines and since I feel very strongly especially at this time when so many Americans are out of work including myself, I asked to talk to someone in The U.S.. I was transferred to a person in the fraud department and told me he couldn't help me. My order was canceled. Today I tried again and my order said the same thing I needed to contact customer service. What is going on my credit card is goo, my address is good. I will try and call New York today and see what is going on, is someone trying to get my credit card info. The order is for only $3.65. Since I tried to do this again I cannot use my coupon again. If I could I would of ordered more items. I am rethinking if I want to use Barnes and Nobel in the future.
