Original Comment I have shopped at TJ Maxx and Marshall for many years. I started when my daughter was in the fifth grade and she is now 35 years old so that gives you an ideal of how long I have been a loyal customer to your brand. I have notice that customer service in your stores is declining. I was in the Las Vegas Store on Decatur and Sahara and stood patiently in line at the jewelry counter while the sale lady waited on another customer. When she finished talking to her customer she turned and started waiting on another customer, when I spoke up she then asked who is next, after I told her I was she looked at the other customer and said I am sorry but I will get some one to help you right away. The entire time I stood and waited she never acknowledge me standing there and did not offer to get some one to help me. She was going to ignore me if I hadn't spoken up. This type of rudeness is completely unacceptable.
