Original Comment I am extremely dissatisfied with mediacomi have only had the service since December. 24th and had to call Christmas day due to my internet not working the on January 2nd I had to call due to my cable box not working when I called and we went through the steps to try and fix it and nothing happened the csr proceeded to tell me they gave me a defective box and I would have to wait til January 7 to get another box hooked up. I had only had my service for 9 days there should have been no reason why my box should have been defective and no reason why I had to wait 5 days to get a new one especially since it only took them 15 minutes to do the job. Then I get my bill to find no credit on it like I was told I would have
