Original Comment We were aboard Serenade of the Seas, Jan 25,2014 sailing out of New Orleans for the Bahamas. Before returning to New Orleans the ship experienced mechanical issues which made it 4 hours late to disembark. We along with many others missed our flights home that day. We were all told by the staff on board to send in our receipts for new flights, hotel etc. and it would ALL be reimbursed. Now guest relations are saying they know nothing about what we were told and will only pay $150 each. No mistake, that is exactly what we were told aboard ship.
