Original Comment The DeLonghi fryer I purchased went out on me even the reset button would not work I could not find the receipt but knew I registered it. It was probably over a year and they told me it has a 1 yr warranty on it. It was I believe every bit of 200.00,We use it maybe once every 3 mo. guessing we bought it maybe 2 yrs ago. For a price for a small appliance it should have a warranty more then a year. So instead of going back to the store for another high end fryer ,will be going to w/m and buy a fry daddy when the grease needs changed just throw out the fryer go buy another I figure it will take 6yrs min. to catch up to what I spent on the DeLonghi. Suggest no one buys a hi end fryer that only uses a fryer 3-4 times a year. If you use weekly or bi monthly your ok it will still be in warranty when it goes down in 2 months using it in that time period.
