Original Comment I purchased an $800 ESAM 5500 Perfecta Automatic Cappucinno Maker. I sent in a $150 check to DeLonghi for the extended warranty. To be short, I have sent them a copy of their cashed check and not only will they not send me the extended warranty they ignore me. They stole this money from me!
