Original Comment The answer to their impenetrable and arrogant customer service maze is simple: patients are not their customers,<br /> insurance companies are. Insurance companies benefit from saying no and slowing everything down. They use Express Scripts as a protective layer of bureaucracy to put you even more transfers away from a decision maker.
