Word to the WISE! I hope you folks have made a RECALL on your seat brackets and with all the ones you have backordered I bet this has been happening a lot. I would also hope they are made of a stronger and ticker steel! Last evening my seat bracket snapped off I fell off the machine and am a little sore today. I have a plate in my neck from being in the military. I could have been seriously hurt! Im also going to make an appointment to have my neck xray'd to make sure nothing has shifted. Im not happy! Now since i have invested a lot of money in your product im stuck with it and I HOPE with the new bracket I ordered it isn't as cheap
