Net 10 Has the worst customer service I ever had to deal with....no one speaks clear english...I had to keep repeating myself which got me more angry and still never got my issue dealth with..They were not concerned that I lost business due to the fact that when I tried to activate my phone the sim card was bad....they sent me another one five days later that was defective....called them several times just for them to give me more excused and blaming fedex for the delivery being so late....as of August 19th my third sim card was supposley on the way --as of today I still have not recieved it. I been without a phone for almost a month due to their horrible customer service. Finally today I got ahold of A lady named Sheila that is supposed to be over nighting me a sim card. She actually spoke very good English and seemed to care about me getting a run around needless to say lied to and treated as if I was getting on their nerves because I kept calling..... I have no home phone and have to use my neighbors to call them ......I have been working in customer service for 26 years and never have I had to deal with a company that absoulty has poor service such as net 10..... I should of never had to call corporate and the corporate office really needs to either train the non english speaking people better or hire Americans ---any smart person in the corporate office should already know that ...I would never reccomend this company to anyone not even my worst emeny !!!!!!
