Original Comment Avis sucks, idiots! I used Enterprise for the last 30 years and I saw there was a avis location 1000 yards from Enterprise in Cypress, Calif (store number CQ6).. I thought I would give them a chance... well, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I walked in with 2 other ladies, some guy at the counter sitting in a chair on his cell phone didn't even look up, just said "someone will be with you in a moment" .. the girl working there was busy outside with a customer.. I watched the idiot on his cell texting and even took a picture of him.. HEY AVIS, WANT THE PICTURE???? Lady finished and helped the 2 ladies, 10 min passes, the guy finally looks up and says "can I help you", I said "sure im not bothering you"? got a rate for a few days rental, I started laughing and said "are you serious'? " I will stick to Enterprise" .. your Cypress location needs some attention.. will I ever go back? Hell no!! Now, lets see how concerned avis really is on this one... you have my email... be glad to send you that picture, only thing I missed was the 2 ladies sitting in the chairs waiting like I was...
