Original Comment My name is Pamela drake this year is &amp;#65279;the worst year I had since I've been with this company<br /> Parties involved customer service report.and their supervisor.Mr.Percy Mr.arron Mr.Micheal Ms.Ken Ms.Lili some had nasty dispostion others just don't give a dam.I've been with this company since day one.my problem was my galaxy three was snathched by group if kids. It was either get my old pass kicked or give up &amp;#65279;the phone.anyway called boost 3 tine they were sending me galaxy per a &amp;#65279;the only replacement phones were blackberry and gaxy per a I stated I want my galaxy they assured me I'll be getting galaxy net came .month went by called agaib last person I spoke to was Ms.Lili she said it was a notation in my file saying they sent phone out in August. Never receive or sign for a phone told them they need to track down &amp;#65279;the packet to see if was sent out to me. Never got my galaxy upset because they speak so professional until they hear tube story Mr. Micheal and Ms Men stated well we not taking time to send out a phone that was already sent out.How do they no for sure by looking in cimoyrwr saying.it was sent our once.never got galaxy ice nothing. In upset because they straight called me a liar over a phone that's bit gonna make ie break them asobg as I been with boost in ready to go another city.o any over a phone they never sent out.Please look into this situation make them do their job an track that person who suppose to delivered it.<br /> R
