Original Comment This bank has changed drastically in the past few years. It is difficult to speak to anyone on the phone. Expect long waits on hold and never try to reach a branch office as it is very time consuming. The tellers in the branches seem, while trying to be courteous, are under stress. Getting an answer for almost anything takes a considerable amount of time.<br /> I would suggest using another bank if your time is valuable and if you want to be appreciated for the monies you keep in various accounts with little or no interest these days.
