Original Comment My experience with fifth third bank is horrific. I am not delinquent on any payments whatsoever. They had their lawyer send me letter, giving me 30 days to pay my loan in full or they are starting foreclosure proceedings because I never set up direct deposit. <br /> That is a joke and in times people are facing challenges to keep their homes, this is what they do? <br /> <br /> I obtained loan about 7 years ago and they made a mistake on the payment amount. They made my payment $1000 less per month. I noticed it and mentioned it to the bank...in hopes of refinancing... <br /> This is their sneaky way of getting out of the loan... putting me through foreclosure...
