Original Comment I purchased a Hamilton Beach 2 Way Flex Brew ( coffee maker approximatley 4 months ago. Recently when I remove the caraffe the coffee continues to drip, it is supposed to stop. I was told a new &quot;basket' wouldcost about 10 dollars and no cost to me because the unit is still under warranty. However I haveto pay $6 in shipping to receive the &quot;free' ten dollar replacement part. If this is the compnay's policy so be it but it will be the last time I purchase a Hamilton Beach product or any of its affilates. I have contacted companies in the past when a product is defective. They (Samsung, Panosonic, Kodak) just to name a few took care of everyting with zero cost to the consumer. Please assist in this manner and paythe shipping cosd. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Bill Ebbole
