On 11/17/2014 I placed in order online. Minutes after I noticed Address needed to be changed. I called Customer services. Rep by the name of Dexter try to help me but actuality he did nothing, I requested to speak to case manager/supervisor by the name Kathy she was worst the REP she did not provide any options to make sure the customer was satisfy , she did instate that they were unable to help re-route the package to different address. She did not go the extra mile to help a little further. What type of Supervisor Kmart / Sears has for their clienteles, I am completely lost for word at time were is the holidays and things like this will come up but has no solution to fix the problem. I called again this is my fourth time requesting to speak to corporate office Manage and back they transfer me to customer services again this time I got a person by the name of Cheryl her position is Case manager/Supervisor, I am actually waiting on line for her to come back with some sort of new direction!! <br /> After waiting several minutes on the phone Cheryl came back to tell me she's trying to stop UPS from sending the package and re-route it back to the vender....I am waiting again patiently for supervisor at this time I am very frustrated with the services they provide, I will NEVER ever buy anything from sears nor kmart. It's totally so sad how people don't care any longer about their customers. I am supervisor for Kirklands and we do Not do business like this , we make sure our customers are completely satisfy at our cost..... Take notes don't let it happen to another customer!!
