I did a layaway in the store. I made 2 payments online. When I went to check on my order only one of the payments was being applied to my layaway. The other payment was on my Order section but not being applied to my layaway. Both of the payments have already been taken out of my account at this point. I called Customer Service and they told me that they were sending a Ticket to online solutions and it would be fixed in 48 hours. That never happened. I called them again and they did the same thing, 48 hours later nothing happened. I called again and they informed me that this is something that the store has to fix. So i went into the store and the Manager told her that she doesn't know why they told me that but there is no way for them to fix it on their end. I called them again and they said that it would take 5-7 business days to fix. So i let that time go by and nothing has happened. I have chated online, called, spoke to managers and supervisors and no one will help me fix this. All they seem to know how to do is send the information to online solutions, and those people done fix anything. I am still fighting with Kmart trying to get this fixed. I cannot cancel the orders because they are Christmas Presents for my entire family. I will NEVER use Kmart after this. Its a joke.
