Original Comment On 26 Nov my wife attempted to purchase shoes at the Kmart store in Burlington, WA. The add showed a list price of $29.99 but right next to it was an add saying buy one and get a 2nd half price. At the register the Manager pointed out very small writing saying the half price offer applied to regular priced merchandise. There was a scene; it did not go well and my wife was offended.<br /> Further, while trying to pick out shoes a person, who we later found is a vendor, approached to get us to sign up for roofing, window products etc. He said there was a free drawing for $1,000.00. We told him we were not interested but he kept pushing despite our statements.<br /> I do not think it is a good policy for Kart to allow vendor salesmen to bother customers when they are shopping. My wife says she will never shop at Kmart again.
