Original Comment At the Family Dollar Store in New Castle,IN. I have had both a manager and an employee say something to me about the number of times I visit the store. I work at a job where I am required to be both day and night, I usually stop at the store to by little things I need be it food for work or paper towels as it is down the road from where I work but no longer. I was so offended and so embarrassed. The manager said 'boy you are in here alot' and so I stopped going for awhile and just started again recently when I went in there one night while on a break from work and one of the cashiers said 'weren't you just in here today'? No I was not in there that day and nor will I ever be again. I mean truly what is the deal, they are getting my money and I have given them alot of business but they have now just lost a customer for life. The actions of both this manager and employee were and are totally juvenile. As I said I am done with Family Dollar and will tell all my friends about their actions as well and I do sincerely hope that you say something about their actions and don't allow treatment of any customers they still have and as well as future potential customers. Please do not just let this action go by.
