Original Comment On 11/22/14 I placed 2 orders, order #764986180 and order #764986153 to be shipped to store to Houghton Lake, MI. Immediately after placing the orders I realized that they were being sent to West Branch,MI. So I went online and had a online CHAT with someone named Richmond. He stated that the orders would be cancelled and my credit card reimbursed within 3-5 days and my 5000 points I used would be reimbursed to my shop your way account within 7-10 days. Then he reordered my products and had them shipped to store to Houghton Lake, MI. order# 764984223. On 11/24/14 I received an email stating my order was being shipped out to West Branch,MI. So I CALLED and talked with someone who said that oreder #764986153 was cancelled but not the first one order # 764986180 but he would cancel it immediately. Ok so I'm thinking everything NOW is right!!! NO, I get a call from West Branch,MI Kmart today 11/26/14 and they stated my orders had just arrived for pick up. I don't know how after 2 times talking to Kmart and them stating my order was cancelled that they still got shipped. I am so upset I will never shop Kmart online again it has been such an added stress that did not need to be. I then contacted by email to complain and they said they cancelled my 2 orders(3rd person to tell me that) and I would have my rewards points refunded within 24 hours. It is going on 48 hours and still no refund. I am very disappointed in Kmart this year. What I have read on facebook it seems Kmart has dropped the ball and has really messed up orders, points, and pretty much lies to their customers when they contact customer service and have shown no reaction to all the negative feedback. I feel every time I have contacted Kmart about this matter they have just said what ever to appease me to get me off the phone!! I would like Kmart to make this right with me, Thank you!
