Original Comment We have been members of the sams club for years . And had no issues until the past 2 years we have been going the the severn sams in Maryland . Thks morning going to get a few things for our children the lady at the door completely disrespected us and embarrassed us about oir membership we were plus members but were told to keep our old cards and the lady yelled at us and told us she needed to school us on how to use a sams card and had an attitude and tild us she was not letting us in . Sams I am do disappointed and embarrassed and the manger did nothing wow what a way to treat a customer ..
