This is to provide someone at Sams Club corporate office a heads up on on a situation I encountered with Sams Club auctions. I was attempting to acquire a couple Christmas gift for my wife. I won 4 items of Judith Ripka jewelry from Dec 3 - Dec 17. All orders were cancelled with no explanation. I called the help desk four times for some rational. The first three ended up with someone would be contacting me by phone. The last time I ended up with a supervisor first name Dee who was quite pleasant. On my behalf she called the auction manager as the facts did not make sense to here either. The just of what she receive and told me was small quantities, miss labeling, inventory posting irregularities and lost. All of these would be viable explanations for one or even two items. But the third and fourth occurrence in the month of Dec push probabilities beyond winning the multiple state lottery twice. Especially since the items were tiny and valuable and not serialized (3 sets of earrings and a ring)
I would like to compliment Sams Club on the courteous and pleasant phone support I received. My belief is that you have an exposure in your organizational structure and it has been exploited.
Ref # 141215-000431 (for details)
