I had and order delivered by ups from Kmart the box was opened both on top and bottom and there were 2 items that were damaged and i made a claim with UPS. UPS told me that they would be sending Kmart a payment for the damages and to call them and give them the claim number so I did then I was told they can't resend the Christmas presents that I would have to reorder them for them to send them back out. This is not acceptable I was told I would have to wait anywhere from 48 hours than call back and it could take up to 2 weeks before I receive the refund. All I want is for my daughter to be able to open her Christmas presents. I guess that I will have to give her the broken stuff until I get paid after christmas to replace them. You are getting the payment for the damages and can't even take care of a loyal customer that spends anywhere from $1600 to $2000 yearly or more with your company I will never shop here again and will spread the word on how I was treated with Kmart and don't forget that word of mouth goes farther than any advertisement.
