I'm writing to inform you why I'm getting rid of all the wall products. I had a problem with a 20bolt lithium battery cordless drill.I called your call Center, and spoke with a Kimberly. I explain the problem I was having that the battery died after 6 months and will not recharge. After having the warranty and buying an extended warranty, I was told with much attitude that I had to spend my own money and drive my battery an hour away down to Whitehall, or mail it and not get reimbursed. This makes no sense as I have in a warranty with this product. If you're selling warranties that don't actually cover everything what is the point?because of your employees lack of consideration understanding and common decency towardsyour customers I will never ever purchase another D walk product for myself or for my cousin's company again.
