Original Comment I tried to call and was told by an automated answer phone you are not taking customer enquiry at this time. i have set up a not for profit page and you are taking money off my credit card like I have millions which i most certainly do not. i want my credit card cancelled with you. The last amount you took i don't even know what it was for? How can we resolve this if you do not have a call centre? Addtionally I am scared to post or make comment in fear there is a $$$ attached to each action. How can we resolve your lack of transparency about things. When i set up this page in the first place i didn't realise that I was setting up a corporate page and it required paid advertising. How can I change this. We are a start up trust and have no funding as yet. Can you please advise how to manage this. I thought Facebook was free?
