Original Comment I am contacting your corporate office because obviously my complaints with store #2274 in Findlay Ohio have feel upon deaf ears. I feel something is very wrong when you purchase food from a location and every time, without fail, there is an issue. The food is never hot, even during rush hours (this is unbelievable). I have been at that location morning, noon and night, it does not matter there is always an issue. I have complained over and over again but the service is still the same, SUBPAR. I was once told by a manager that the food was served at room temperature. That would be a law suit waiting to happen and I knew that his statement was untrue. However, there is another McDonalds where I live and the food is always satisfactory; unfortunately I don't live on that side of town but I do go out of my way when I can. I have not patronized store #2274 for months at a time and when I go back nothing as far as the food changes. I am hoping that this email will somehow make a difference. I have spent a lot of money and time taking food back and wasting gas. PLEASE address this situation because it is dire.
