Hi. Thank you for selling me a phone that doesn't work. I tried to talk to the rep who sold it to me, but that store is no longer in business. I'm guessing that that an alligator must have taken all the notices during the tornado drill. Is really love to get the issue fixed so I can continue with my monthly plan, however it seems the alligator's cousin ran off with any employee who may have been helpful as well. Any suggestions on how I can get my phone working again so I don't have to switch providers would be most helpful.
