I purchased a electric griddle. The first time I used it the drip pan MELTED! I called and reported this and they sent me the SAME drip pan! I could not believe this! Did they honestly think ANOTHER PLASTIC DRIP PAN would not do the SAME thing? I am in the process of taking it back to the store. I WILL NOT buy Hamilton Beach if this is the quality or the lack of,they represent.
