Original Comment I have NEVER been treaty so rudely as I was tonight at the McDonalds in Hendersonville, TN Store 34469. After placing my order for ice cream at the drive thru, I pulled to the window to get my order. I was told to pull to a parking spot to wait on my ice cream. I asked &quot;why do I have to wait on ice cream?&quot; I was told that they were out but they could not tell me how long the wait would be. I asked to speak to a manager ... when the Lady came to the window, she was extremely rude. She acted like it was my fault that the store was out of ice cream. She raised her voice and was very disrespectful. I asked for the General Managers (Jason's) phone number and was given a number to a fax machine. She yelled that she would refund my money but after returning home, I notice that I only was given 3 dollars.<br /> <br /> I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
