3 Months....3 months ago my girlfriends new phone broke. We called your 800 number and was told, after giving all the requested info, to expect the phone in 7-10 days. After two weeks and no phone we called back and was told the proceedure was that net10 would send a shipper box with shipping instructions, send it back with the phone and you would send the replacement. Another two weeks went by, no phone. This time I was told the process was canceled. They net10 person re-established the process for getting the replacement phone. Another two weeks went by and no phone so I contacted net 10 via facebook and told them this story. We finally received the box and instructions and sent it back. Net10 recieved it on June 29th. It is now the 15th and am now told the model of the replacement phone is out of stock. COME ON........ THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THREE MONTHS. Why dont you just send us the next model up from this one and lets be done with this. Chuck Amendola for Dawn Hirst
