Hats off to exemplary customer service and support<br /> <br /> I was contacted today by Vizio and they made me an offer that was very fair which I accepted. I can't say how pleased I am with how they ultimately settled this matter.<br /> <br /> I never had any issues with the quality of the picture other than the bright spots and they have taken care of me.
