I've called three times since sending this on 8/11. Still no call back or Supervisor. I got to Mary's voicemail today but she's not in. Mary was suppose to call me back after last week's call but I never heard from her. Thinking the customer service is even worst then the instructions. Last resort is filing a claim with the BBB. Really hate to go that route but seen an earlier post about coffee maker dripping water everywhere and am starting to think this coffee maker isn't a great as I thought it was.

I purchased a flex brew. Great idea if it worked as it should. I brewed several pots of coffee and 3 pods. The 4th pod did not brew. The water went into the pot. I checked to be sure the button was switched to POD and assumed it was something I was doing because it was my first cup and I was still sleepy. I brewed several more before I gave up and made a pot of coffee instead. Over the course of several weeks, I tried to brew several more PODs. No luck. During this time I lost my Aunt and my Step-Dad and the new coffee maker was the last thing I was thinking of. I finally called customer service to find out what was wrong. I was told to clean the tip with a paperclip which should be done regularly. REALLY? That's the fix? I was unhappy this wasn't mentioned as part of the regular clean required or listed anywhere that would indicate to even check this? Again, I think this is a great invention...one machine....two ways to enjoy coffee but I am disappointed to only get 3 cups before it needs cleaning. I was angry it took me almost an entire box of K cups to figure this out. Had I known to expect this, I wouldn't have kept trying it but the machine was brand new and it worked great....3 times.

The CSR offer to replace the machine but it would cost me $14.95 in shipping (plus how much to ship it out????) so I will put out another $30 on top of the box of K cups? Not thinking this great idea is worth all this money. She also indicated the new machine I am to receive would also require this maintenance. Doesn't seem like a smart decision to return this machine for another that will do the same thing. I asked her to reimburse the K cups that were used trying to figure out this machine because there was no indication the paperclip cleaning would be needed. She said she would call me back that day. The next day, I called again as I didn't receive a call back. Now I'm told to send in a receipt and they will submit for consideration. REALLY??? AGAIN???? I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was put on hold for probably 10-15 minutes. I don't have the receipt for K cups but I do need to buy more as I used the box I had on this machine. She said I could send it a screen shot of the cost to replace. Here it is. This is what I buy. If you need to confirm, check on dunkindonut.com. You can purchase these on line.

By the way, I never did get to speak to a supervisor.
