Bought a Dewalt drill for $150.00. After less than a dozen uses, the clutch went out. I am disabled and can't put enough pressure on it to hurt anything. So after not knowing what to do, I went to your distributor Wood Werks for service. I was sent to the very back of the building to their service dept. No one was there. After shouting a couple times, my wife finally located some worker. She said the service closes early and besides, they couldn't work on the drill because I didn't bring the dead battery with me. VERY POOR service center that doesn't even have a battery available to service this drill. But that's ok. I called 2 contractors that I knew last night and told them what happened and they have agreed NOT to buy anything from wood werks again nor buy ANY DeWalt product again. Less than a dozen uses and it broke. What a cheapo POS. I am going to buy a new drill now since wood werks can't repair them and it will NOT be a DeWalt not any product by your parent company or subsidiaries. I am going to burn wood werks and dewalt in every social media I can. Such VERY poor service. I was ready to pay whatever to get this fixed to put curtains up for my wife. Just poor quality and NO service. I would be ashamed if I were you having a place like that represent you.
