Original Comment I have sent two requests for help with my Facebook account that have been hacked with no help for Facebook. I can no longer access my own account, it wants me to friend it. I have been trying to update it with my new email address with no success. IT wants to send info to my old address that no longer exists. When trying to log in, it set up a new account for me. I DO NOT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT. IF this cannot be resolved soon, I will be done with Facebook. I called the Facebook help line and got an answering machine saying there was no support. I can now see why a lot of people leave Facebook for other forms of communication. My old email address was: It will no longer work. My new address is: . I can answer any question about my account..
