Original Comment Your Bowling Green , KY store is a JOKE! I had an online Christmas layaway. I paid it off and got the email notification from the store to go pick it up. I arrived and here, at the busiest time of the year, there is NO ONE in layaway. Once someone was called there to help the multitudes of folks who needed assistance, they looked for over 30 minutes to come back and tell me my layaway was LOST and pretty much "hate that for you". "e can give you a refund and as a favor, we won't charge you a fee" So here, basically four days before Christmas, when I thought I had shopping all done, I have to start over because the "hot seller" items I thought I had taken care of have "disappeared". NEVER , EVER again Kmart, NEVER, EVER. This is why you will be out of business soon, Sears affiliation or not.
