Original Comment This Is The Second Time That I Have Had A Problem With The Boardman, Ohio 44512 Sams Club Tire Dept. The Wait Time Is Ridiculous. I Had To Wait Days Just To Get My New Tires Installed. Now I Was There Last Weekend To Have Them Rotated And Was Told That They Have To Go Home Soon And They Cannot Take Any Other Cars!! So They Said That They Now Take Appointment's. I Never Knew That. I Scheduled An Appt For The Next Day And When I Arrived I Had To Wait At The Desk For Quite A While Before Anyone Came To It. The Technician's In The Shop Were Just Standing Around And Talking!! When The Technician Came To The Counter With Another Customer He Didn't Even Look At Me Or Acknowledge Me Or Tell Me That He Would Be Right With Me. What Is Going On There? They Have No Respect For There Customers And Just Ignore You Like You Werent Even There. Next Time I Need Tires I Will Go Somewhere That Values My Business And I Will Never Go There Again For Tires !!
