Original Comment I thought that I would hear something from someone after being taken advantage of at the tire center on Fairmount ave. Jamestown New York. I paid 40.00 to have my snow tires put on my car and was barely able to get home after they were not balanced and when I called them they asked me how fast I was going and if I checked the lug nuts? Very sad. My husband brought them back the following day and they admitted to not aligning them and balancing them and said that &quot;the fellows that put them on were new and really did not know what they were doing.&quot;<br /> We then took it to another garage because the car was not steering properly and they said that a belt had been broken. I watched the two men bang on the tire with hammers to get them off the original rims. This according to the garage said could break a belt easily. I would appreciate some feedback from your corporate office in reference to this. Thank you.
