Original Comment Apparently your store located at I-45 N. and Cypresswood, in Spring, Texas, are doing quite well, in sales. This afternoon I went there, with the intention of purchasing a parakeet, bird cage, food, bird toys, etc. They knew I was there! An elderly woman had just spoken to a gentleman, regarding fish. She told him, "I'll have someone come and help you". Which someone did. She told me, "Someone will be here to help you". Which they never did. I had selected the bird cage, food, snacks, and various other items. Giving them ample time, to help me get the parakeet I wanted. No one came to assist me. I put everything back and left the store. Noting on my way out, they were all gathered, by the registers chatting. Not a good way, of doing business.
