I have a SafeLink phone and have just purchased a Motorola Droid Maxx

(unlocked) Verizon smart phone. I want to "port" my SafeLink number to the Droid and get a new number for the SafeLink. So far, I have been sent three (3) SIMS, all starting with the number "891" over a period of two weeks. The number still has not been "ported" and I am told you are sending me a new (#4) SIM with a number starting with "890". Dealing with your (primarily Latin?) customer service representatives, who have great difficulty speaking plainly (sans accents), makes all dealings terribly frustrating. What is being done wrong to get my Droid assigned

It seems that they are mostly poorly trained and any request other than the basics throws them for a loop and pisses me off in frustration.
