Original Comment I ordered a sausage egg biscuit and received my receipt I was 212. I was standing waiting she began to call out order 213 and 214 which were 2 people that ordered after me full meals. I asked her if they forgot my order and she walked over to the food picked it up and said oh here it is, because it had been sitting there for a while. The cashier handed me my bag, I went to walk out the door and checked my food, it was a SAUSAGE EGG ON A HAMBURGER BUN! I walked back to the counter and the manager on shift was there I told her my sausage egg biscuit is on a hamburger bun not a biscuit. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience she just took it and told them to put it on a biscuit. They were going to use the same food, I asked for a complete new egg and sausage, she then told me it would be 5 minutes for the biscuits. When I got the new order and checked it the sausage egg biscuit had cheese which I never asked for, but I didn't want to go back to wait on a 2nd order to be fixed so I said forget it. I was never offered and apology or I'm sorry you have to wait even longer, not even anything for compensation. The service of the cashier and the manager were unacceptable, as if they didn't even care.
