after talking to three different representatives my request for a lower renewal rate of $ 98.00 dollars a year promotion was a failure. I've been a customer since I was 23 now I'm 76. I feel that I've only talked to rude people. I've canceled my subscription due to the circumstances, but I'm writing you to see If it is possible to have it reinstated. Please.!! Respectfully. R.
