Original Comment I Purchased 2 Pairs Of Athletic Shoes As A Christmas Gift That Were Too Big. I Was Unable To Return To The Store Until After The 30 Day Return Or Exchange Period Had Passed By, Which I Was Not Aware Of. I Made It To The Store On 2/8/17 And Was Told That I Was Not Able To Make The Exchange Due To Their Return Policy Does Not Allow Overrides By Anyone...a Very Bad Policy For A Company That Should Be Taking Care Of Thier Customers Instead Of Alienating Them Through Such A Stringent Policy With No Possibility Of "exceptions To The Rule". Probably Why Your Company Is Going Down The Tube..making Customers Want To Shop Elsewhere At Stores With A "heart" That Care About People And Their Circumstance
