I never thought I would say anything negative about Snapfish as I have been a very satisfied customer for many years making 14 photo books. This is the first time I needed customer service. I ordered a gift to a friend Dec 16 and it never arrived. It is now Jan 8. I left an email at Snapfish (the one that promised a response in 24 hrs.) No reply. It's been 3 days. I left a message for a call back. No reply. Called the chat line. The person couldn't find the order even with the tracking # and order # was going to send it to someone I don't even know in the wrong state. After 45 minutes getting no where, I said good bye---so many typos and stock responses as others have described. I called again, spoke to a pleasant woman and asked for a free item to be sent to me and I would send it to my friend. She assured me not to worry. BUT then I never got an email confirmation that my &quot;Order had been received&quot; so I was unable to check on this. I called again the next day and got a pleasant person who assured me the item was reordered, but I would not get an email until it was shipped. Meanwhile, they are very quick to send a &quot;rate our helpline&quot;. Now I will not rate them until the product is in my hands. <br /> This is so disappointing. I LOVED Snapfish.
