I am writing this letter today we're giving feedback on HEB Valley Mills Dr., Waco, TX I am very disappointed in our H-E-B store here as I was buying groceries for two different households they refused to sell me the bread for my client who is disabled and suffers from dementia so she couldn't even get her groceries because of this even though we had to separate baskets when I approached the store manager Chris about the situation he also refused to allow me to buy her groceries. I offered to show them my ID and her ID but Chris still refused.
