Original Comment I thought H-E-B was doing a great job due to the situation with Covid 19 until April 11th. The H-E-B in Schertz was not limiting the amount of people in the store.The entire parking lot was full. While driving by the entrance that was open, you could see many people in the store.It was impossible to practice social distancing. I was concerned so I contacted the store.I asked why they were not limiting the amount of people in the store. They said they were not doing that anymore.I asked to speak to a manager and I spoke to Connie. She told me they were doing something different. They were practicing social distancing in the store. She said they wouldn't risk the customers or the employees. Hmm,everyone in that store is at risk! I politely listened to her excuse and spin on the situation.Quite obvious her opinion was one sided. HEB is always busier than usual the day before the store closes for a day. Covid 19 is still a serious situation. I think not monitoring the amount of people in the store was a poor decision on H-E-B 's part.I think you need to revisit this decision.
